Complete Oral Assessment

At your initial dental visit with Ngiti Dental Studio’s Mobile Dental service, we will conduct a comprehensive review of your medical and dental history, address any specific concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your oral health needs. A thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and supporting structures will be performed, along with any necessary referrals to ensure continuity of care.

Oral Cancer Screening

As part of your dental hygiene visit, a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) performs an oral cancer screening to check for early signs of cancer or abnormal tissue. This includes a visual and tactile exam of your lips, cheeks, tongue, throat, and neck to identify any unusual sores, lumps, or discoloration.

Early detection is essential for effective treatment and better outcomes.

Desensitization

​Dental desensitization refers to treatments aimed at reducing tooth sensitivity caused by exposed dentin, worn enamel, or gum recession. These treatments help block the nerve signals that cause pain or discomfort when teeth are exposed to hot, cold, sweet, or acidic stimuli.

Oral Hygiene Education

We provide easy-to-follow advice on brushing and flossing properly, plus tips on using helpful dental tools like interdental brushes, tongue scrapers, mouthwash, dental pastilles, and special toothpaste. We also recommend the best products for your needs to keep your teeth and gums healthy and prevent problems like cavities and gum disease.

Dental Scaling

Dental scaling is a preventive and therapeutic procedure used to remove plaque, tartar (calculus), and bacteria from the surfaces of your teeth—especially below the gumline, where regular brushing and flossing can’t reach. It is a key part of maintaining healthy gums and preventing or treating gum disease (gingivitis and periodontitis).

Fluoride

Fluoride is a natural mineral that helps strengthen tooth enamel and makes teeth more resistant to decay. We will provide you with any necessary referrals to other dental professionals including General Dentist, Periodontist, Orthodontist, Endodontist, Oral Pathologist.
